We believe in what are becoming 'old-fashioned' ideas, such as common courtesy, honesty, and treating our customers as we would like to be treated. We started our company with a hope and a prayer, and are slowly growing, mainly due to the complimentary referrals given us by our customers.
Q: How do I order from Tender Treasures Gifts?
A: You may browse our site in one of several ways. By clicking the 'Browse Catalogue' button at the top of each page, you will be taken to a detailed list of items which you may click to veiw. Once you've found an item you would like to purchase, click the "add to cart" button and it will be placed in your cart for purchase. At that time a new screen will pop up showing you the item(s) in your cart. You may continue shopping by clicking on the 'continue shopping' button, or you may proceed to check-out by clicking on the 'check-out' button. You may also veiw your cart by clicking the 'veiw cart' button located at the top of each Tender Treasures Gifts screen at any time. The 'veiw cart' button can also be used to remove items from your cart, or to adjust the quantity.
Q: What payment options do I have for paying for my purchases?
A: We currently use Paypal to handle all our online business transactions. With Paypal, you may pay by check, debit or credit card; Visa, Mastercard, Discover,American Express. You must have an account with Paypal in order to use their services. It is free, quick and easy to open an account. Simply go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions.
You may also pay by money order or cashier's check. Please email us for further instructions on postal orders.
Q: What other charges are added to my purchase price?
A: We charge a flat 20% shipping and handling fee. This is added to the total purchase amount at check-out. You will be presented with the total purchase amount prior to paying.
We also charge Alabama residents 8% tax, pursuant to Alabama law.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ask that you give us 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order, except during high holiday periods, when our shipping times will be posted.
Q: What do I do if I receive my order and it is broken, or otherwise not acceptable?
A: Please examine your order immediately after receiving it. Should it be damaged in any way, notify us immediately by email and we will contact you with instructions for replacement.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
A: Our customers satisfaction is very important to us. Returns should be made in the original packaging and in original condition, within 10 days of receipt. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
